WARRANTIES

All products are covered by Tucker USA / RHG Product warranty. Tucker Canada does not provide additional warranties. Warranties are non-transferable. Statutory rights under provincial Sale of Goods Acts remain in effect and are not waived.

If you have a warranty claim please following the process below. Be sure to include pictures and be descriptive.

 

What Tucker® Warranties: 

Purification Systems: Guaranteed free from manufacturer defects for two years from the purchase date. All non-wear parts limited to the repair or potential replacement of components on a purification system.  You must have proof of purchase and be the original owner.   

Pole Sections & Clamps: Free from manufacturer defects for life. 

Pumps: Limited one year manufacturer warranty.  
                 *this includes pumps that are part of a Tucker® purification system  

Remotes/Fobs: Limited one year manufacturer warranty. 

All other products EXCEPT water filters: One year from the day you receive them. 

Tucker® Does Not Warranty: filtration components, RO Membranes, DI resin, and all filters.

Manufacturer Warranties Do Not Cover: normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance or improper handling/neglect of equipment. This also includes custom modifications made after receiving products from Tucker® or damage caused by using parts not produced by Tucker®. 

 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:

  1. To start a warranty claim please email: support@tuckercanada.com 
  2. In the Subject Line put: WARRANTY
  3. Please provide the following details:
    • Your Name
    • Your Phone Number
    • Your Order Number (if you have it)
    • The Products you are making a claim on
    • A detailed description of the issue(s), when it happened
    • Pictures of the issue
  4. You will receive a response with next steps within 48 business hours.
  5. Tucker will cover the cost of the replacement part, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.*If the item arrives damaged/defective we will pay shipping costs for replacement or repair, but this needs to be identified without delay following the receipt of your products.

Returns require the original receipt, the product must be unused and in the original box and are subject to restocking fees or exclusions as stated in our policy.
